I spent a decade as a corporate VP scaling a healthcare company to a $160M exit; running conferencse, hiring speakers, hosting leadership trainings, making tough calls, and stepping on stage myself to teach sales, leadership, and communication to thousands across the country. When the company sold, they flew me around the world for 18 months to teach their teams how I did it.
In 2018 I left to build my own business (and be in complete control over my schedule). Everything I've done since has been anchored in the same belief I've held since my corporate days: The most successful leaders aren't the smartest or the most experienced, they're the ones who know how to communicate... and it shows in everything they do.
